The Military Historical Society of Australia (Victorian Branch) is proud
to conduct the Arthur Cobby Commemorative Orations.
The Victorian Branch of the MHSA is proud to conduct the second Arthur Cobby Oration on 23rd June 2011 at 7.30 pm at the Mechanics Institute in Drummond Street, Oakleigh, opposite the Oakleigh-Carnegie RSL.

This year the Oration will commemorate the service of Commodore Dacre Smyth, AO, Legion de Honeur, RAN (1923-2008) as part of the 100 year anniversary of the RAN. The Oration will be delivered by the Senior Naval Officer for Victoria, CAPT. Mark Hill.
